Please read carefully before making a booking. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all booking, deposit, and cancellation policy.
• Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.
If you make a booking and later change your mind, cancel, or reduce services (including on the same day), the deposit will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to another booking or date.
• Changes to Services
If you book Make-up and Hairstyling and later decide to change to only Make-up or only Hairstyling, the full price for all originally booked services will still apply.
If you book multiple services (2, 3, 4, 5, etc.) and later reduce the number of services, you are still required to pay for all services originally booked.
• Group Bookings
If you book for 2 or more people and one or more clients cancel or change their mind, the full amount for all booked services must still be paid.
• Cancellation & Notice Period
You may make changes or cancellations up to 1 month before your appointment.
If changes or cancellations are made less than 1 month before the booking, full payment for all booked services is required.
Any changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 1 month in advance via email, phone call, or text message.
• Wedding Bookings
Wedding bookings are non-cancellable and must be paid in full if cancelled.
Wedding bookings can only be changed if you wish to increase the number of people/services.
Reducing the number of people or services is not permitted for wedding bookings.
Small Business Notice
Please note that this is a small business. When a booking is made, that time is reserved exclusively for you, and other clients are turned away. For this reason, full payment is required according to the policy above.
